This level allows professional artists in all genres the opportunity to sell their merchandise, edible and non-edible, at Arts Council Menifee (ACM) sponsored events. Additionally, ACM will promote each artist by providing increased visibility and promotional opportunities. It is the responsibility of the professional artists to report sales tax and income to the IRS.
